Hi, I have been away and got back and noticed that my Sure Signal is not working.

Numbering top to bottom, one to four, currently 1 on solid, 2 flashing. 3 and 4 nothing.

It's changed again
Changed to 1 and 2 on solid, and 4 flashing.

I can see the Vodafone Sure Signal has connected to the network on 4 November at 03.22 am.
Are you still having issues?
If you’re still having the same problem, please can you make sure that the IPSEC has been selected on the router settings?

Yes still the same problem. What do you mean by IPSEC? I am using a BT home hub v3. I have not changed any settings on the hub.

I have checked that the settings on the router are correct. In addition, all has been working ok for many months, It is the SS that has stopped working, not the hub. There has been no firmware update to the hub for many months.
Currently have lights 1 and 2 on constantly. 4 is flashing internittantly.
