Sure Signal and poor customer service

Got a replacement Sure Signal, last one worked to 18months then just stopped.

Connected up replacement last night, got confirmation emails and txts but no joy accessing Vodafone system.

Have re booted, reset, de registared and re registered, more confirmation texts and emails but lights still saying cant access vodafone system.

Have also been on hold with vodafone tech team for 58 minutes....not amused!!

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
