Sure Signal connection problems.

Hi,

I set up my sure signal last night. This morning it was connected good and I had full signal in the house. When I came home later the sure signal wouldnt connect. The connection light flashes white, then it goes solid orange and the power light flashes. Ive tried taking it further from the router and using different sockets but still wont work. This is annoying as it did work before, and now I have no signal!!

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
