THE SURE SIGNAL BOX HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND WORKING PROPERLY FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS.
ON THE ODD OCASSION I HAVE TO REBOOT IT AS IT DOESNT CONNECT, BUT NORMALLY IT BOOTS UP IN 10 MINS AND ALL WORKS AGAIN OK.
HOWEVER TODAY THE UNIT DROPPED OUT AND SINCE I HAVE UNPLUGGED AND SWITCHED BACK ON.
THE RED POWER LIGHT IS ON PERMANENTLY HOWEVER BOTH WHITE LIGHTS ARE FLASHING SIMULTANEOUSLY.
IVE LEFT THE UNIT FOR AN HOUR AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
IVE CHECKED AND I HAVE FULL AND UNINTERUPTED BROADBAND
ANY IDEAS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS?

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
