sure signal

just upgraded to nokia lumia so having read about new sim needed to be entered I tried to remove my number and re-enter

I found my number was not on the sure signal so when I entered it, it said the number was already on and could not be entered again

my phone keeps saying no service. What do I do?

Hi freddo,

Do you get signal from the network itself when out of range of the Sure Signal at all?

If you get no signal anywhere, then you may need to ensure the new SIM card has been activated with your number.

If you just get a lack of service from the Sure Signal itself, then follow the steps in the PM I'm sending you.
