Hello All,

Sure Signal does not connect while is is behind a Corporate Firewall. The same device will connect if connected to a home broadband connection.

We have already opened comms to the following on our firewalls:

212.183.131.128/26

212.183.133.177

212.183.133.178

212.183.133.179

88.82.13.0/24

udp/50

udp/4500

udp/500

DNS-Resolving

udp/33434-33535

Also, we do not see any responses from the Vodafone VSS on our firewalls at all.

Any ideas ?

Regards

Zen

I never managed to get mine to connect on a corporate leased line (all be it this was 5 or 6 years ago) but have since thought that could be down to the IP range not being white listed by VF... and never got around to getting it checked as we'd found another solution.

Even putting the suresignal directly onto one of the Public IP addresses we had didn't allow it to connect!

@Zen_09 Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

Hello Rahim,

I have already gone the thread and it has not helped.

@Zen_09 We're not able to guarantee a connection whilst you've got a corporate firewall in place.

If you'd kindly let us know your results from our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, we'll be able to investigate further from our end.
