My Sure Signal has for several weeks now been failing to connect to the internet. It will switch on with a flashing internet light but neither of the other lights will illuminate.

Everything that you’ve posted looks fine.
I’ve checked your serial number and this is showing that your Sure Signal hasn’t connected to our servers since 10 January 2014.
I’ve resynced for you today so please complete this process by performing a factory reset as follows:
-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.
