Sure Signal has stopped working

Hi,

I have a version 1 suresignal and today it has stopped working.  I have had this over 4 years now.  I have done all the factory resets and so on.  I just checked in my account and it appeared not to know i had a suresignal, so i filled out the "register" my suresignal form.  I got an error stating that there "was a problem" and that "you are working hard to solve it"

can you tell me what the problem is...?

So... i have had a long call with Vodafone...  it took the girl 30 seconds to "fix" the updating users issue... however i can't still receive text messages through the box.  they are going to call me back tomorrow.

my advice... phone in... 191 and go for the suresignal "team" option.
