to which support group adress do I please ask this question:
I can no longer see how to manage users for my Vodafone Suresignal. I can access all other options on site OK and problem persists in multiple browsers after clearing cookies and cache.
I am the account owner and Suresignal device works most of the time.

Thank you for your response. The video you point at shows how the manage users option should work. This does not work for me, which is why I raised the support question. Please advise how I can speak to a support person who can investigate.

I have exactly the same problem. There is no option to Add Users. I know I can call 191 to do it but I'd rather self-serve as I can then add family and friends when they visit.
