Hi, My Sure Signal has been working fine for several months and last week just stopped. Serial # 40132122553. I've just got a solid red light, occasionally the left light flashes white. If looked at the forum and it seems I have a problem with the internet connection to vodafone here is my tracert for my Virgin Cable Line:(I have 2 ISPs neither connect)

HiPeterGray,

Welcome to the eForum. :Smiling:

Looking at your serial number, your Sure Signal hasn't connected to our servers since Thursday 9 January. I've pushed a manual synchronisation through so could you:

  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button.

The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour but let me know if you need anything else. :Winking_smiley:

Cheers, Ben

Hi Ben, thanks for the reponse.

Pressed reset button for 90seconds - only light was power light, no ther lights.?

Released button, flashing white internet light now.

Will report back in a couple of hours, but I didn't get the expected response when holding down the reset button.

Cheers - Pete
