Sre signal 3 stopped working last week and I read on the forum that there was a Vodafone fault. Left it until this week but still not working. I have reset and repowered, have solid red and 2 white lights but the 4th light is constantly out. I try to make calls from 2 different phones that previously worked but they don't connect. Is it a reset issue from your end? Please try to help asap as we are now have mobiles that are not mobile.
Thanks in Advance
Mark

Suddenly working again. Did you do anything at your end?

Hi Mark,
Thanks for posting your results. I'm pleased to say they all seem to check out fine.
I can see your unit hasn't contacted our servers for a while so I've pushed through a manual resync.
To complete the action, I'll need you to reset your Sure Signal and allow up to six hours for it to come back online.
Cheers,
Ben
