Hi,
My Sure Signal device isn't working for incoming calls, they are either being directed to voicemail or the caller just gets "user not available" message.

Hi.
Sorry I didn't know you had worked your way through the guide. Processes such as de registering the number for 24 hours can help.
Also the 'Issue not Listed ' option which guides on how to run a traceroute and post it here can help.
The Vodafone Community Forum Tech Team maybe able to help by re syncing your SS if they feel that's the way to go. I'm sure they'll catch up with your thread soon.
