Sure Signal not working with ported number

My Wife's number was ported from Orange 2 days ago, I have been able to add the ported number to my Suresignal database, which I did about 12 hours ago, however the Suresignal is still not accepting her connection. I tried to add her temporary vodafone number as well, but the web application just displayed a lot of error code after I pressed the confirm button.

 

Please help , as this is the only way we can get any signal in our house and this is critical as we work from home.

Hi apieterse,

 

Assuming the number has been added fine it just sounds like the SureSignal hasn't synced with the servers yet and hence hasn't picked up this change.

If you post your SureSignal serial number one of the eForum team will be able to force a sync for you.
