Sure Signal not working with ported number

Apologies if this hs been asked before.

 

I have two sure signals - one at work and one at home.  I have ported both numbers on my account to Vodafone from other providers.

 

At work, both numbers work, but one of the numbers is showing as the original number Vodafone gave me.  When I replaced this with the ported number the sure signal continued to work, but is shown with the original number when I look at the numbers registered to it on my account.

 

I registered the sure signal at home yesterday, and can't register the second ported number either using the original number Vodafone gave me or the number I ported from another provider.  The first number (which is the "first" number I got against my account) is fine, so the sure signal is working correctly.

 

Can anyone assist with me getting my second number registered please?

Hi,

 

My advice would be in this case is to speak with customer service on 191 or Live Chat as they have Account Access.
