Sure Signal not working

Hello,

 

Please can you work some technical mahic with my sure signal 40121342022.  Its online with the power and signal (?) lights on - but none of the registered phones connect to the unit.

 

Tried 191 but after and hour on hold I began to doubt that 22:30 was really a busy period and that maybe I would be waiting till morning for some help!

as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. They are available on eBay for around £10.

Thanks for getting back to us with this information. I've checked your IP address and serial number and can't see any issues with these on our end. 

 

Please try connecting your Sure Signal in another location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.

 

We'll then be able to determine if the problems are specific to your location and router or with the Sure Signal itself.

 

It's also worth trying another Ethernet cable so we can rule out the connection as the problem.
