Often I come home and find there's next to no signal on my mobile. I make a test call and it's clear the the Sure Signal (SSig) isn't working because the USERS light (Light 3 -the PHONE symbol) doesn't start flashing. I hold down the reset button and it then works OK after it reboots.
However, I shouldn't have to do this every few days, surely?

Thanks for coming back to me. I'm fully aware it takes two hands to do a factory reset.
You can cancel the agreement at any time, though you'd have to pay the remaining line rental for the contract minus VAT and a further 2%.
Can you tell me if the VSS behaves in the same way on another connection, such as a friend or relative's house?
