I have ordered a sure signal as having recently taken out a new contract under the assurance that I would get signal at home. I don't get good signal with your service and in addition to this now at the additional cost I am still waiting for my sure signal to arrive.
Following this I went into the cribbs causeway store and asked for help to which they said they had one there but there was nothing they could do to help me. The refused to help cancel to enable me to take the sure signal in store.
You website outlines that we should pop into a store with queries however they where completely unhelpful.
