Hi,
My SS has been working fine for months. However stopped working today or in past few days.
Have tried steps on troubleshooting post.
When I reset, both system and phone light flash for about 10 minutes, then go off and only red power light on.
I've tried the tracert and here are the results:

Hi Dara,
Thanks for the traceroute, everything looks fine with it. When I put your Sure Signal serial number into our system, it comes up as an invalid number. Can you confirm that the number is correct please?
In addition, to help with our investigation can you also let me know the following:-
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.

Thanks for the reply.
Its working again as of this morning so all good.
Not sure what fixed it. I didn't do anything as was away yesterday so assume it was a network or server issue.
