Unable to access online account to add new device to Sure Signal

I need to add a second handset to my Sure Signal and understand I need to do this via my online account. Whenever I try to log in I get the message 'Sorry. We're unable to process your request because of a temporary problem with our online service. Please try again later'. I have been getting this same message for weeks and am getting increasingly frustrated. Any suggestions as to what is causing this problem and how I can resolve it?
