Sure Signal resetting

My sure signal resets itself every few hours...quite often when I'm on a call....is it likely to be a faulty box?  I've only had it a couple of months

May be worth running the tests again once things are a little quieter

If they are still low, I would check with BT if they are indeed the expected speeds, or if there is something amiss with your connection.

You could also check this site to see what BT think you should be getting, click on the 'What Speed Can I Get With BT?' and either search by phone number or house address.

Looks like the community have been helping with this one! 

It would be worth speaking to BT as you should definitely be getting better speeds than those you've supplied.
