We have a Sure Signal at the office and my phone will no longer connect since upgrading to an iPhone 6. There are a number of other phones linked to the VSS and they can still connect. I have tried all the usual solutions, resetting the VSS, power off/on iPhone, etc. 4G is switched on in the iPhone settings and 3G functions away from the office. I do not have admin rights to configure the VSS and my collegue that does is located at another office and also works abroad. Any help would be appreciated.
VSS serial number is 2119 7186 287
Update: I called Vodafone help tonight and after a few phone resets the problem is now fixed!!

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
