Both myself and a friend live in the same street, same postcode. Our Sure Signals (his a version 2, mine a version 3) stopped being able to connect to the Vodafone network two days ago. Following processes to turn off / on, reset, re-register have all failed. I work in IT and diagnose computer and technical issues for a living (and also once upon a time worked for Vodafone in a phone-support capacity) so am confident the issue is not our equipment or process but something either connectivity (BT or infrastructure) or Vodafone (at the VPN connection end) related.
The coverage checker has a space for listing current network issues - none are there for our postcode (OX15 4HA), but do Sure Signal issues appear there? If not, do Vodafone publish "Sure Signal" issues in the same way they publish maintenance work or 3G problems etc. and if so what is the URL?

Hello.
Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :
https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Vodafone-Sure-Signal-troubleshooting/td-p/23917...
as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.
The 'issue not listed' option takes you through running a traceroute which you can then post back here for the Tech Team to look over.

@gryfon If you're still experiencing issues, can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

Both SureSignals starting working again at some point last night - full 3G this morning at both properties and it has worked all through the day.
No idea what changed but glad to have working systems again.
