Sure Signal stopped working for administrators phone but not others!

Have had the Sure Signal unit for years, in the last few weeks I cannot get any signal in the home yet other family members do get a signal. (My phone is fine when its away from the house).
I have re-registered the unit as it no longer showed up on my account?! And we have all had the texts to state we are linked but I've still got no signal. (I've tried the reset hold & remove cables suggested on this forum - unable to get all four light on solid when reset held down).

Please could you run through the Sure Signal troubleshooting guide below, and hopefully that will resolve your issues.

None of the examples apply. Lights 1,2 & 4 are on. Everyone else seems to be able to get a signal; I the owner of the sure signal have 'no service' (forget the dream of 3G!)

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
