Sure Signal stopped working

My Sure Signal stopped working three days ago. I've read through the other postings and have tried everything including deregistering for 25 hours and nothing has worked. Help!

Thanks for checking. 

Please can you check that your router is picking up your Sure Signal, you can see this under your router settings. 

If it's not then we'll need to send your Sure Signal off for repair.
