hi
i have done the the normal things to get this working with no joy
top 2 lights is on and the bottomn ligh put no phone allowed to use can pick up a signal
so no mobile signal here for a week now
can you resync the following number please

Hi batecom,
I’ve re-synced this for you today but I’ve noticed that there is a location profile update that’s been detected.
Please log into your online account and change the postcode on the Sure Signal registration to ST1 5GP for 5 minutes and then change it back.
Once you’ve done this, please reset the Sure Signal again.
-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead and Ethernet cable out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button
-Plug the Ethernet cable back in
