Sure Signal v1 not working since about 0800 this morning

My sure signal has not been working for the last few hours tried resetting but only top 2 lights (power & internet) become steady the 4th sure signal light is out. serial number 21230523595 - run the trace route from PC times out other web / internet services seem fine.

I have heard that trying a new power source as one of the last attempts to get resolution works.

Had the same problem, spent hours talking to vodafone and trying to re-set. All a waste of time, then spotted the advice to buy a new power cable (about £8 on e-bay) now working again perfectly.

I don't know why vodafone don't just admit they sent a job lot of cheap power cables out and they now need replacing.
