I upgraded a couple of months ago and the Sure Signal stopped working. It was re-registered at the time but has never allowed me to register with the new phone, despite the number being the same.

We've resynchronised your Sure Signal against the network at our side. This can take up to 24 hours to fully process and during this time the Sure Signal may reboot and the lights may flash on and off.
Once 24 hours has passed, please reboot your phone to refresh the connection. If the issues still persist after this time, let us know and we'll look further into this for you.

Hi there,
It seems like you might need to call Customer service via 191 or Live Chat through website as they will have to manually go into your account and correct the sure signal details.

I too have this issue. I changed my sim and deregistered the sure signal and have reset many times but I still have the signal and mobile light flashing constantly since Friday. I have restarted my router and my speed seems fine. I have called Vodafone who said I am re registered and they would reset it their end and to wait 6 hours. I did that. Another phone call and I have to reset again and wait 24 hours. Have done this and its still not working. Everything was working fine until I had to do a reset. I can't add numbers onto my sure signal either I get an error message saying we're working hard to fix the issue, so please try later 500,1024. I am now currently trying the box around my neighbours house and its nearly been 24 hours and both lights are still flashing.
I keep updating this by the way as I am getting no replies!

I called Vodafone again this morning and spoke to a very unprofessional man who told me the box was no good without knowing any of my tests and suggested I used it on the Christmas tree. Not happy with this unprofessional response.

I have also tried a different power supply and ethernet cable. Since speaking to the very unhelpful man on the phone, the mobile light has gone out and the system light still flashes.

Just an update - the system light then went solid and now miraculously works!! Clearly it was something that needed to be done their end and the unhelpful man must have done something but who knows what it was!?! So after a week of having no phone signal, calling and posting numerous times it now works and it was all down to Vodafone's end. What a nightmare and terrible customer service all round!!
