Sure Signal v2 no incoming calls

When I call my phone it just says "this persons phone is unavailable" although I can make calls with the sure signal I cannot receive them?

Tried changing postcode, done countless resets, opened all ports and even put it into DMZ but still no incoming calls

Hi @Garny,

 

Please ensure that IPSEC is ticked in your router settings. This will help the Sure Signal connect.

It already is, I have had the suresignal switched off till now as it was unusable, just tried and it still is, do you have any more ideas apart from enabling Ipsec?

Hi @Garny 

 

If IPSEC is enabled the only other thing I can recommend trying a new Ethernet cable.
