Hi, I have just changed to a BT Homehub 5 and my Sure Signal v2 no longer works. I have spoken to Vodafone technical support and have set up the port forwarding as suggested but now the Homehub does not even see the Sure Signal when it is plugged into an ethernet port.
Can anyone help please?

Thanks for your response. I went on to the troubleshooting guide for SS v2 and the thread for 'solid power light but no other lights' could not be found. Not sure what results I should be posting...

Also check that the Smart setup is disabled as described in this link ....
