Hi there jasperre,
Thanks for letting us know about this.
How hot is the Sure Signal?
If it's rebooting all the time and it's hot, I'd be looking at a repair/replacement.
Cheers,
LeeH

Hi
I'm on my second SS v3 as the first overheated and blew up. The second one also gets very hot but is still working after 2 days. Is it meant to get hot? As the previous chap said its difficult to ventilate as its plugged in.
I think i got the last unit in the country but had to get it from voda head office, Newbury so I'm hoping it holds together until you sort out your failing supply issue.
Thanks
Nick

Hi @NickDean24,
The Sure Signal is designed to reach hot temperatures and cope.
It has been thoroughly tested and is safe. The device uses a radio, so can get hot by nature.
If it gets too hot and overheats, the fuse will blow and you may notice some fine residue and a small amount of smoke. This is perfectly normal and it's designed to do this.
Thanks,
Natt B
