Sure Signal v3 Quit Working

As per many of the other user's posts, my SureSignal v3 quit working yesterday.

 

It is now showing a red light (constant) and blinking Internet light (white).

It used to have all of the lights lit correctly and worked correctly.

Hi ptrefonas,

 

The lights you were seeing show that the Sure Signal hadn’t been able to authenticate on our network.

 

I’ve checked your serial number and can your Sure Signal connected this morning at 01:59, is everything now working for you?

Vodafone: please assist and/or reset my Sure Signal

I have BT Infinity (always have - even when the Sure Signal worked fine)

There really isn't a need to bump the thread. Your initial post had been logged to be worked :Smiling:

 

I have checked everything and it all looks like it should be working. Your VSS connected with our servers since your last post.

 

Can you confirm if this is now working?

Thank you for the assistance.

My SureSignal v3 was working this morning 07:00 (approximately).

 

The solid RED light and solid WHITE lights have now changed to:

 

BLINKING RED & SOLID ORANGE (internet) ... the others are no longer lit.

 

Could you help resolve?
