Sure Signal v3 & Sky Hub

my ip is: 90.205.91.174 and my post code is SO14 3BB

can you please help me with my sure signal? since i swaped the internet from BT to Sky, VSS is not working. I have the red color and first 2 white color as a solid colour. just no signal for phone.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
