Sure Signal v3 - just stopped working!

my v3 sure signal stopped working 2 weeks ago around the time when i changed my ethernet switch--checked on this forum for answers--have rest my sky router--have tried the rest on my sure signal an deven if i hold the rest button for 3 minutes nothing happens to the lights--all i get is a flashing red and the last symbol constant--my id no is 40132722774

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
