Hi tchandler,

I assume you have tried it in a different socket?

A complete failure can only be returned to Vodafone for repair, the easiest way being via your local Vodafone shop.

 

Sure Signal devices are subject to a 24 month warranty, if older, a charge for the repair will be made.
