Sure Signal v3 stopped working

I have had a sure signal for about 2 years and it has worked ok although it is a bit of a cheek being charges over £100 extra so I can use my phone at home because of poor vodafone signal but thats an aisde. I just noticed today that sure start has stopped working completely, no lights or anything, any advice on this would be grateful

Thanks for the pointer but I have looked at the troubleshooter but mine has no lights at all on and at just a couple of years old I would not expect it to have ccompletely given up the ghost!

I thought I'd slip in the troubleshooting guide just in case.

Do you know exactly how long you've had it as they are covered by a 24 month warranty. 

I hope its something to do with the forum announcement and it works again for you.

I think it ws January 2014 so just out of arantee, I would have expected it to last longer than that for 100 especially as it's only a cheap alcatel device rebranded!

so my SureSignal stops working . And so to log into my account  to see if anything is up , you send a code to my phone .

But the reason I have a Suresignal is tht I have no mobile signal where I live.

How stupid is that ?

Do you have a landline ? Live Chat could add this so you can still recieve the code. 

Regarding the Sure Signal Device this was posted which maybe affecting your SS
