I have had a sure signal for about 2 years and it has worked ok although it is a bit of a cheek being charges over £100 extra so I can use my phone at home because of poor vodafone signal but thats an aisde. I just noticed today that sure start has stopped working completely, no lights or anything, any advice on this would be grateful

It's only 2 months out of warantee, so if your telling me I have to buy one every 2 years that points to the units not being fit for purpose and under the "sale of goods act" I would clearly have a case for replacement as one would reasonably expect a device such as this to last longer than 2 years.

I wouldn’t expect the Sure Signal to fail again, this isn’t normal behaviour. Unfortunately, electronic device can sometimes fail for no reason at all.
On this occasion, as I mentioned above, due to you being outside of the warranty period. You’ll need to buy a new one.
