Sure Signal v3 stopped working

The issue you’re experiencing:  Sure signal not working with phone

No changes, was working one day and not the next.  Same phone, no reboots or changes.  Tried resetting the sure signal & restarting phone without success.

Help?!

With the light sequence you’re getting, we need to make sure your number is still registered ok to your Sure Signal.

Fair do's:  now sorted after a live chat with tech support, who "just need to fix a few things" to reset my Sure Signal at their end.
