Sure Signal version 1 does it need firmware update?

Sure Signal stopped working about a week ago and have reset it and followed instructions for trouble shooting. It has been mentioned that the firmware update has not been pushed to all users and maybe that is the issue. Here are all the details asked for by tech guys. Would really appreciate help sorting it out. Thanks.

Hi Vodafone Tech team, can you tell me if my suresigna requires a firmware update push? My suresignal does not seem to be giving me a signl like it used to. Details of trace below:

I can't see which software version you're on, so it sounds like it needs updating.

 

The department who arranges the manual updates are closed after 6pm. I'll get this picked up when they're open tomorrow.

Please leave the sure Signal for at least 6 hours. After this time period, restart your phone in range of the device and your service will resume.

The Vodafone Sure Signal is now running the latest software and I can see data is being used.

 

If any of the phones have been upgraded or had a new SIM, please remove the number, reset the Sure Signal and add the number back on. Once this has been done, restart the phone when in range of the Sure Signal.

 

If you're still having issues, please describe the light sequence you're seeing on the Sure Signal.
