Sure Signal will not accept my phone number

After changing my phone and having to get a nano sim card from a vodafone store I can no longer access sure signal. I removed my number waited 24 hours and now when I re-enter my number it tells me there is a problem try again later with a code 500, 1024 - [2f1]

My Sure Signal is: 4215 2527 273

The other 4 registered devices are working fine.

In regards to the issue what you have done in relation to the 24 hours process typically works

I would suggest Live Chat or Customer services on 191 to see if they can access your account and help.
