I have changed the sim in my new IPhone SE and now the phone will not connect to my Sure Signal, I have left it for 24hrs as advised and still no joy.
I have also tried to change ownership of the Sure Signal and delete the phone no but I have had no luck there either can anybody help me resolve this problem.

Please look in the troubleshooting guide and There is an 'Issue Not Listed' option which guides you through how to run a TraceRoute to paste back in your thread for Vodafone Social Media Team to look over.
Also try turning Off 4g in the phones settings to force it to search for 3G.

An update I have managed to add another number to the Sure Signal, could it just be that the problem phone number needs resetting and is that something that the team can do?

Further update matter resolved got team to update sure signal and phone now connected.
