Sure Signal with iPhone 5S

Hi. First post.

I've been on the phone to Technical Support three times this week and no-one has been able to resolve this.

I have a version 1 Sure Signal which has worked fine for 4 years. I have recently upgraded to an iPhone 5S and it's now not working for any phone.

First time I called I was told to disable 4G and it would work. Second time I was told to reboot both devices (as if I hadn't tried that many times already) and the third time I was told that my VSS was being resynced and would work again in 24 hours max.

I have lights 1, 2 and 4 lit fine and excellent broadband speeds etc, but no signal on my 5S or my wife's 5. If I can get a single bar somewhere in the house and make a call, the third light on the VSS for when it's in use doesn't come on either. Neither phone is therefore connecting to it, but it's apparently connecting with Vodafone so Tech Support told me, so should be working.

Any ideas much appreciated. I don't live in a rural area, I'm right in the middle of the UK a mile from a town, but get nothing without the VSS so badly need it back working. As for 3G, no chance.

I was led to believe that beyond me resetting it my end and Vodafone resyncing it their end, there was nothing else that could be done, is this right?

Thanks.
