Sure Signal won't connect to internet

andybt
4: Newbie

Hi

My Suresignal cannot connect to the internet for some reason. It has been working fine for nearly two years and suddenly decided it wasn't going to connenct. I have the power light on steady and the first light flahsing.

I used the online chat and spoke to someone earlier in the week who told me

"Rest assure, you will not have to contact us again for the same."

I felt he may be a bit optimistic and here I am contacting you again. g. I have reset the unit a couple of times and I believe it has been re-sync'd from your side but still no luck.

Details as below:

Your IP Address is 86.133.92.34

The pingtest in the link no longer works, but another speedtest gave me:

Hi @andybt

I know that sometimes using another power cable for the Sure Signal v1 Or v2 such as From a printer or router or monitor so a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output around 1.5Amp capacity.

A v3 can sometimes benefit from a Re-Sync which Customer Service On 191 can action or await for one of the Social Media Team here to catch up to your thread.

I wish you all the best.
