I have a Sure Signal 3 which works just fine. I've been able to add new phones to it just fine. But when I tried adding my wife's phone through the website, I get an error message:
"Sorry, there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1024 - [2l2]"
I have tried later many time, but the problem has gone on for months.
I've spent 45 minutes on an online chat with a Vodafone adviser who claimed to have added the new number. But it didn't work.
The SS serial number is Serial number 40120547753 and the number I want to add is the second number on my account, ending ...610685

I would suggest calling 191 if Live Chat hasn't had a result.
