Version 3 Sure Signal with BT fibre and BT home hub 5
Device registered and all service lights are fine, but you I don’t have any 3G signal
I believe I need to configure my router to work with this device I know how to access the router settings and navigate through the various settings but need a walk through for the port forwarding and other settings that may be required as I don’t have a clue – help please!

Thanks - i have replaced the sure signal 3 device with another it now works perfectly - plug and play full signal throughout the house works with ipad to !!
