Sure signal 3 - only showing red light

My sure signal 3 is only showing a red light. Have tried resetting but it makes no difference. No other lights come on at all. Serial number is 40123641504. Any suggestions?

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi @Silsoe

 

The traceroute shows that the Sure Signal isn't able to make a connection to the internet.

 

Please ask your ISP to enable the following ports: 


8 – TCP/UDP (All routers)
50 – TCP/UDP (All routers)
123 – UDP (All routers)
500 – UDP (All routers)
4500 – UDP (All routers)

SKY the ISP wanted the from to port number as that is how they are inputted. Example below.

Finish port..........

 

The port list you have provided appears to be individual ones which cannot be inputted!

 

Any thoughts?

Make sure that you input both the start and the end port as the same number.

 

This will allow the ports to be set up correctly.

Have set the ports as requested. Still doesn't work.

 

Do you have a phone number that I can call you on? I can't call 191 as my Vodafone phone won't work without the Sure Signal and this is taking too long by posting in the forum.
