Sure signal 3 stopped working

Hi,

My Sure signal 3 has stopped working for all phones that are registered on it. could anyone help?

Serial no. 40140911880

I have tried the resets, the internet speed is a very stable 35mb.

im guessing it needs to be de registered and registered again?

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
