Sure signal De-register

We have a registered sure signal box which we need to de-register as one of our employees left. However we don't know the email/details he used to register it. How can we de-register it so another employee can use it ? Serial Number is : 40120253070

Only the original owner can deregister a Sure Signal.

You’ll need to contact the original owner and ask them to contact us to deregister the device.

But I am the original owner !!

I figured the emplpoyee would register it using our business email address and details but it appears that is not the case and I've no way of finding out what he did use. 

So this means this £80 box is absolutely useless to me now is that so ?

Hi nikb1963,

This is to for security purposes, if the Sure Signal is registered to your My Vodafone account, you can de-register it from there.

However, if the employee who left registered it in their details, you'd need to contact them.
