I've registered my sure signal box and added my two phones. The Samsung Galaxy s5 connects perfectly. The iPhone 4 still says "no signal". I've unplugged and replugged the sure signal, hard reset the iPhone and deregistered then re registered the iPhone. No success. The iPhone has received a message saying it can be used. Any ideas?

Hi there,
It seems like you might need to call Customer service via 191 or Live Chat through website as they will have to manually go into your account and correct the sure signal details.

Just to make sure, please could you confirm both numbers are directly from Vodafone?
