Hello,
I have had a V3 sure signal for over a year, no problem , all been working fine.
Over the past few days it has stopped communicating and i have orange lights on and red flashing.
Nothing has been changed on the router, no upgrades etc.
I changed the MTU from 1450 to 1492 (highest it would go).
Im using a TP link TL-WR1043ND from orbital.net/V-Fast internet as ISP.
I tried de-registering the sure signal, unsure if that worked! but that said it wouldnt let me register again!!!
Serial number is 42142473992.

I've checked the status of your Sure Signal, and it's showing as deregistered.
You can attempt to register again yourself using these steps. If this doesn't work, please contact our Live Chat team, who will be able to manually register this for you.

Thanks for the advice but it wont let me register it!!!

i spoke to someone on chat yesterday who said that he registered it for me.
I have cycled power to it 3 times over the past two days.
still no connection.
i went back on chat tonight and the sure signal team finish at 20:00.
still have exactly the same flshing red light and two orange...

It's still showing as deregistered.
