Hi, I purchased today a VSS3 and have setup as per the instuctions. lights 1,2 and 3 are on confirming it is ready. However, i still have no 3G signal on my registered phones. I have tried port forwarding etc as mentioned on other posts but still no joy. I have run tracerroute and these are the results

Please could you confirm the colour of the light sequence you have.
Your power light should be a stable red light. The other 3 lights should be stable white, or stable white with a pulsing white 3rd light.
